Guangzhou Shiyuan Electronics Co., Ltd. (CVTE) was established in December 2005 with a registered capital of RMB 405 million, and owns a number of subsidiaries. Our headquarter is located in Huangpu District of Guangzhou City, and has offices in 28 cities across China. The company employs nearly 2,500 people, of which more than 60 percent are R&D staff. The average employee age is around 29 years old.
Our main business is in the design, development, and sales of LCD main boards, Intelligent Interactive Panel, Medical devices and related Intelligent hardware. We have two brands, one is seewo and the other one is MAXHUB, and they are used for Interactive Flat Panel in education and commercial sector respectively. Relying on our development experience in display driver, signal processing, power management, human-computer interaction, application developments and system integration, we are committed to elevate richer and more efficient communication experience in electronics. Through technological innovation, we continue to expand and enrich electronics in both the consumer and commercial electronics sector.
As a High-Tech enterprise, we put a lot of focus in R&D expenditures. We have several comprehensive laboratories, and we have invested over RMB 10 million for our EMC laboratory. We also attach great importance to the protection of our core technologies, as of July 2017, we have obtained 1467 patents & 260 copyrights.
Through years of efforts, CVTE has obtained many recognitions, such as, High-Tech Enterprise, First batch of Nurturing Enterprises in the Strategic Emerging Industries in Guangdong Province, Innovative Enterprise in Guangdong Province, Engineering Technology Research Center in Guangdong Province, Intellectual Property Excellence Enterprise in Guangdong Province, etc. We have also been certified as an AA Class Customs Clearance Enterprise by the China Customs Office.
